As we begin a new year, many microschool leaders are reflecting on what’s working, what feels challenging, and the kind of support they want moving forward.

January Office Hours will focus on the start of the Montessori Microschool Mentorship and the real questions microschool leaders are carrying into 2026, including multi-age practice, curriculum design, assessment, and communicating learning to families. This session is especially relevant for microschool leaders who are already operating and are seeking Montessori training to strengthen multi-age practice, curriculum design, and long-term sustainability.

This session will include a guided conversation and time for participant questions. It’s designed to be informal, relational, and grounded in lived microschool experience. The conversation will be recorded and shared afterward.

A purposeful adolescent option is now available in Cincinnati through Meridian Micro Farm, an extension of our 17-year commitment to meaningful, community-rooted education. We’re hosting a virtual information session for families who want to learn more about this next stage of our work and how it supports young people through real-world learning, responsibility, and connection.
